The advanced search engine can filter doctors through: gender, specialty,insurance details, language spoken by doctor & staff and much more.
BOOKING APPOINTMENT
The Portal serves as a platform for online appointment booking depending onthe service providers availability.
The portal also helps the service providers to better manage their appointments,amend or cancel them.
Patient can request an appointment based on the time & availability of the doctor.
Patient can reschedule their appointment using change request.
Patient can select self-pay or insurance plan details while booking an appointment.
Every appointment creates a transaction ID to be used for follow up visits and helps keep track of visit history.
ELIGIBILITY PORTAL
The service provider receives the details of the patient’s eligibility such as insurance plan.
This gives the service provider advance notice to decide whether to proceed with taking on the patient.
Patient can only finalized an appointment booking when the doctor accepts their eligibility request.
COMMUNICATION PORTAL
Find A Doctor allows the patients to interact with the service providers through its user-friendly communication portal.
The service provider receives the request from a patient and based on various criteria can choose to proceed further.
The patient gets notifications on when there’s new activity related to their appointments.
Patients can share their medical records with the doctor directly through our portal. We comply with HIPPA (1996 Act), which ensures all communication through this portal is secured.

All conversations between the service provider and the patient will be recorded, the records then encrypted and stored in the patient’s medical record portal.
As we are a HIPPA compliant organization, all patient details are strictly secured.
All medical reports and documents are saved in the portal for later review.
Patients can upload all medical records including x-ray reports, lab reports, etc.
