Information provided at "Findadoctor.com” is designed for members of the general public to facilitate access to information about physicians and other healthcare providers with whom they may be consulting regarding medical services. The site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation of any provider of service or endorsement of the qualifications of the provider, nor is it an authentication of the resume of the provider. Data contained within the site is applicable to the geographic information, educational and practice status of the providers at the time it was gathered. You are encouraged to check provider qualifications and other information stated independently and not rely solely on information provided by Millennium Technology. MTS has not independently verified the information submitted by the providers and does not claim to authenticate such information.

You can use MTS’s web-based appointment scheduler to arrange an appointment with doctors and/or healthcare providers, provided that such doctor and/or healthcare provider has registered with “Findadoctor.com” and has agreed to participate in using the web based scheduler,

MTS shall have no obligation to ensure that an appointment has been made and shall not be responsible for any miscommunications between you and any doctor and/or healthcare provider concerning the scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation of an appointment made in whole or in part using the web based scheduler.

You can use MTS’s communication portal to communicate with your doctor and/or healthcare provider concerning personal health matters, provided that such doctor and/or healthcare provider has registered with “Findadoctor.com” and has agreed to participate in using the communication portal feature. Information and/or communications entered in the portal are not transmitted via e-mail to either of the participants; rather, e-mail reminders are sent and the user must login to the findadoctor.com website and access the secure portal to see the message. MTS shall have no obligation to ensure that either participant in the communication portal shall receive, review and/or respond to any specific communication.
